House rules:

• The main tenant must be at least 24 years old.
• It is a 4 person apartment and is furnished as such.
• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Do not make any noise between 22:00 and 08:00, which can cause nuisance.
• Barbecuing and other open fires are not allowed anywhere at the complex.
• Community gates must always be closed.
• We and the community are not responsible for accidents.
• We do not have check-in and check-out times. Because we schedule the cleaning as much as possible on the day before your arrival and the day after your departure, the apartment is entirely at your disposal on the days of arrival and departure. Exceptions to this will be discussed with you in advance.

Swimming pool rules::

• Use of the swimming pool is not allowed between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
• The use of the shower is mandatory before entering the pool. This is to prevent sunscreen from entering the water.
• Clothing such as T-shirts, drinking glasses and other glass objects are not allowed in the pool.
• Smoking is not allowed within the pool area.
• The use of music equipment and computer games is only permitted with the use of headphones / earphones.
• Games in and/or around the pool that cause noise and/or that can cause accidents are not allowed.
• Air mattresses or other inflatable toys are only allowed in the small swimming pool if they do not cause a nuisance to other visitors.
• Children under the age of 12, or anyone without a swiming diploma, must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 6 years old are not allowed in the deep end of the pool.
• Pets are not allowed in and/or around the pool.
